We can peform any of the text or administrative changes needed to manage and maintain your online store, and we can provide resources for programming changes you may need for new features or changes to your look and feel.
Analyzing Customer Behavior. Customers respond to the structure, content, and changing information of your web site. There are many tools available for analysis and characterization of your customers' browsing and buying behaviors. We use these tools and combine them with an awareness of searching mechanisms, site changes, promotions, technology updates, news, and other impacting factors to model how your customers experience your marketplace. This helps us determine how to better serve your customers so that they are more likely to purchase from you initally, and to keep them coming back.
Measuring Success. In any for-profit business, a specific minimum return on investment is a goal. Other goals may be expanding markets and market share, increasing goodwill and customer satisfaction, reducing costs, growing efficiencies, giving back, or even priming a demographic for future products and services. Pricing for ongoing tasks begins at $1500 - $2500 per month, depending upon the type of activities performed. All ongoing services are performed on a retainer basis, with a six month minimum term. Price discounts apply for terms of one year or longer.
