We have designed our products and services especially for people like you. Many of our customers are either entrepreneurs who are economizing, or more mature companies who have their own resources. We do not want to be viewed as competitors to your internal departments. We would love, however, to offer you a head start and to be a resource for you when and if you need us.

Suite 280® Commerce was developed very deliberately to enable you or your designers to configure and brand your marketplace. Our software even has hook points built-in to allow you to build your own features. Marketplace pages are broken into templates that permit designers and programmers with a knowledge of HTML and CSS style sheets to make pages look however you wish. The system makes it easy to add custom fields for products and shoppers. Finally, there are many years of e-Commerce experience built into the software and available to you upon installation. There is no need to start from scratch to build these features — you already have a leg up!

The administrative interface enables a non-programmer to configure and operate the store. You can assign different people in your company roles for managing the information in the marketplace. Role security helps you to focus your people in the area of their own expertise, whether it be product management, order fulfillment, customer service, or sales and promotions.

We can also recommend customer behavior analysis and measurement tools and help you learn how to use them and how to derive meaning from the data. We can teach you techniques for Internet marketing and search engine optimization as well.

Pricing begins at $2000 for startup training. Ongoing training services are performed on a retainer basis beginning at $2000/month, with a three month minimum term. Price discounts apply for terms of one year or longer.

What's the Plan?

In building and growing your business, there are many tasks that you can perform yourselves.

Below is a list that includes examples of activities where you can take the reins. However, there are also a few tasks that we must perform to help you get your store up and running:

  • We get started.
  • We listen to the vision you have for your business.
  • We discuss the specific objectives you have for changes in your online marketplace, in the way your ordering and fulfillment process works from beginning to end, and in the way your online and offline resources interact.
  • We discuss the current difficulties that you would like to overcome.
  • Based upon the phase of your business, we will provide you with either Par Avance Marketplace Plan for New Businesses or Par Avance Marketplace Plan for Expanding Businesses. You can go through the plan and document the information that you will need to configure your marketplace.
  • If we are helping you with changes to your branding and site design, we begin these activities. We can teach you how to implement your design into the Suite 280 Commerce pages, or we can do this for you.
  • We evaluate your hosting needs and prepare or upgrade your web operating platform.
  • We review your merchant and gateway accounts for possible cost savings
  • We install all necessary hardware and software, and administer the marketplace system.
  • We install your domain name(s) and digital certificate(s).
  • We take you through a complete demo/training session for the Suite 280 Commerce administrative area, and we provide you with access to online documentation.
  • You configure your marketplace and administer or import product and customer data.
  • We develop any additional features, interfaces, or integration items required.
  • You administer marketplace promotions to coincide with online and off-line communications, promotions and offers.
  • You test the marketplace, verify data, and run through end-to-end procedures for your business.
  • We teach you how to baseline measurements and search engine information.
  • We provide information about actions you can take and changes you can make to improve search engine positioning, and to increase traffic to your marketplace
  • When these tasks are complete, we turn up the new marketplace.
  • We teach you how to monitor customer behavior and investment effectiveness, and how to measure progress towards achieving your goals.
